About Lazy Dreamer Farm
Lazy Dreamer Farm is a family owned and operated business out of Finleyville, PA. We are licensed to grow in Pennsylvania and offer a full range of fresh, high-quality microgreens and cold pressed juices, which are cared for and processed daily.
Our goal is to partner with businesses throughout the Pittsburgh area so that we can continue to produce our affordable, locally-grown microgreens with mutual success.
Cold Pressed Juices
Refreshing, nutrient-packed juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables using a gentle, cold-press method to preserve vitamins and enzymes. Each bottle offers a delicious way to boost energy, hydrate, and nourish your body naturally! Flavors include the following: The Blue One, The Green One, Sweet Beets, Fire, Fresh Pressed Lemonade, Glow, Classic Carrot and other seasonal flavors.
Coffee Bar
Locally sourced coffee from La Prima Coffee in Pittsburgh. We offer espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, iced lattes, matcha, chai’s and so much more!
Sunflower Microgreens
Microgreen sunflower seeds produce seedlings that contain about 25% protein. They are big and succulent like mung bean sprouts, but with large, prominent cotyledons (first leaves). They have a surprisingly sweet and mild taste reminiscent of carrots.

Kale microgreens are known to be the most nutrient-dense superfood on the planet. They have several healthful benefits, and at the same time, low in calories. As microgreens, they hold four times the nutrient levels than the full-grown version.
Broccoli
Broccoli microgreens are these young seedlings of the broccoli plant, a Brassicaceae family member, which also includes arugula, cabbage, and radish. The Brassicaceae microgreens are well known and valued for cancer-fighting glucosinolates and carotenoid phytochemicals
Radish
The radish microgreen is tiny, packed with more vitamins and minerals than the same amount of radish bulb, allows to you to add just a dash of radishy goodness, is beautiful to look at, contains chloraphyll, has a different texture than the radish bulb, and can be easily added to your everyday snacks and meals.
Adzuki
Adzuki microgreens are among the most protein rich microgreens, they are rich in fiber and have abundant amounts of vitamins A, B, C and E. Like all other microgreens, Adzuki bean microgreens can be grown indoor all year round provided that they have sufficient light and humidity.
Purple Kohlrabi
The flavor of Kohlrabi is similar to sweet, mild cabbage and the beautiful color combinations make them great garnishes or additions to sandwiches or slaw. Kohlrabi, like almost every microgreen, is great in egg dishes.
Red Cabbage
Red Cabbage microgreens are packed with so many beneficial minerals, vitamins (C, K) minerals and other nutrients. It is rich in fiber, beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, and sulfur. It also has a number of anti-cancer compounds which are known to stimulate enzymes activity and inhibit the growth of tumors.
Oriental Mustard Green
Oriental Mustard Greens are tender, succulent and spicy. This microgreen is a good source of vitamin A, C, E, energy and carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fiber, folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, sodium, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc.
Dwarf Grey Sugar Pea
Dwarf Grey Sugar Pea microgreens are an heirloom variety and is often planted for its tender pea pods. These microgreens are both tender and sweet with thick, fast growing shoots.
Green Lentil
Lentil microgreens are full of fiber and are therefore a good addition to your diet. Lentils have an earthy and slightly peppery taste that combines well with fresh greens, herbs, and tomatoes. They can be eaten raw or blanched for a minute. They are grassy, crunchy, and refreshing.
Red Swiss Chard
Red Swiss Chard microgreens have a distinctive appearance with their pink stems and slender leaves. These tasty shoots are sweet, with an earthy aftertaste that makes an exciting addition to sandwiches, wraps and salads
Bulls Blood Beet
Bulls Blood Beet microgreens are very attractive to foodies and chefs love for its contrasting colors, distinctive earthy flavor, and crunchy yet juicy texture. This microgreen tastes like a sweet mixture between root beets and spinach.
